1) Insight & direction: audit reputation, category dynamics, audiences and success drivers to sharpen our strategic direction and guide strategic decisions.

2) Strategy & planning: define communication & marketing priorities, narrative, channels, assets, and then translate them into a clear, actionable plan.

3) Activation & delivery: drive execution across workstreams – leading cross-functional experts, aligning teams, and managing external partners.

Bio

I began working in marketing and communications strategy as a freelancer in 2017. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with major communication agencies in Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, and Luxembourg. These include Wunderman Thompson (now VML), Havas, Weber Shandwick, Serviceplan, and more. The organizations I did communication for encompass NGOs, governmental bodies, political candidates, and brands from various industries spanning automotive, luxury, pharmaceuticals, food, chemistry, and more.

With the diversity of projects I have been involved in throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to build cross-functional expertise in three communication areas:

Marketing & advertising: Planning consumer communication, for B2B and B2C target audience & organizing each stage of the marketing funnel.

Public Relations: Managing brand reputation, building thought leadership, shifting public opinion and behaviors.

Branding: Developing strong and authentic brand identities, positioning, and narrative; working with creative studios to translate it into concrete cues (visual guidelines, logo, name, tone of voice, etc.).
