I’m Victor, a French communication strategist (or strategic planner) with extensive experience in major communication agencies, including 2 of TOP3 worldwide communication groups. I do strategic communication to shift opinions, perceptions and behaviors, among individuals, B2B professionals and policymakers.

If communication were a treasure hunt, tactical experts like community managers, copywriters, media experts, and others, would be the ones with shovels, and strategic planners would be the ones with a map. As a communication strategist, I analyze the factors impacting an organization’s success, and formulate goals and communication plans to achieve them. I supervise all tactical communication departments and expertise to ensure they work together synergistically, effectively, and consistently.
Bio
I began working in strategic planning and strategic communication as a freelancer in 2017. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with major communication agencies in Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, and Luxembourg. These include Wunderman Thompson (now VML), Havas, Weber Shandwick, Serviceplan, and others. The organizations I did communication for encompass NGOs, governmental bodies, political candidates, and brands from various industries spanning automotive, luxury, pharmaceuticals, food, chemistry, and more.

I have a proven track record in three communication areas:
Marketing & advertising: Planning consumer communication, driving purchases, product preferences for B2B and B2C consumers. Organizing each stage of the marketing funnel.
Public Relations and Public Affairs: Managing brand reputation, shifting public opinion and behaviors, influencing policies and policymaker’s agenda (at E.U. level).
Branding: Creating a cognitive and affective connection between a brand and its target. Developing brand identities, brand positioning, and measuring brand image or awareness.
